Facilities Master Plan

The foundation of the My All Campaign is to provide a transformational student-athlete experience for current and future Vols and Lady Vols.

Specific facility enhancements will positively impact each of Tennessee’s 20 varsity athletic programs in accordance with a comprehensive Facility Master Plan. Impending developments have been identified based on programmatic needs to provide championship resources for our student-athletes and coaches – past, present and future.

Barksdale Tennis Stadium

New spectator areas and enhancements to existing seating areas will be incorporated for the enjoyment of Vol Nation to support our championship caliber tennis programs.

Wayne G. Basler Boathouse

Updated team spaces, expanded auxiliary spaces, an enhanced boat deck and storage will be integrated at the Wayne G. Basler Boathouse.

Blackburn-Furrow Golf Clubhouse at Day Golf Practice Facility

The second story of the hitting bay within the Blackburn-Furrow Golf Clubhouse will be infilled to create a new team warmup area as a championship resource for the men’s and women’s golf teams.

Cherokee Farm Cross Country Course

The Cherokee Farm course provides a scenic, championship-level venue for the cross country program. Future modifications are being evaluated.

Goodfriend Tennis Center

The Goodfriend Tennis Center is set to receive climate-control upgrades and visual brand enhancements. Additionally, new team areas will provide our programs with the ability to enjoy all key amenities in a single facility.

Indoor Track Facility

An indoor track & field facility will be constructed to provide another world-class venue for the tradition-rich men’s and women’s track and field teams.

Joan Cronan Volleyball Center

The Joan Cronan Volleyball Center will receive a space expansion to add additional meeting and staff areas, as well as updated court flooring.

Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center

Enhancements at the Jones Aquatic Center include a series of improvements to the student-athlete experience. Additional air quality and MEP upgrades will benefit all events contested at the venue.

Lindsey Nelson Stadium

Lindsey Nelson Stadium will receive improvements to enhance player development and bolstering the game day experience for all of Vol Nation.

Neyland-Thompson Sports Center / Brenda Lawson Athletic Center

A new secondary broadcast control room and interactive hall of fame will be constructed within the existing Neyland-Thompson Sports Center and Brenda Lawson Athletic Center.

Pratt Pavilion

Interior enhancements are slated for Pratt Pavilion that will benefit both the men’s and women’s basketball programs as they chase championships.

Regal Soccer Stadium

A new competition pitch, enhanced team areas and additional amenities for Vol Nation to cheer on the Vols are planned for Regal Soccer Stadium.

River District Bridge

The River District Bridge will provide a safe, convenient, pedestrian-only path for students, staff and visitors attending home soccer and softball events.

Sherri Parker Lee Stadium

Improvement and enhancements are slated for Lee Stadium to upgrade player development areas and gameday experience initiatives for the best fan base in college softball.

Thompson-Boling Arena

New premium spaces will be created within Thompson-Boling Arena to elevate the fan and gameday experience as Vol and Lady Vol Nation support the teams.

Thornton Athletics Student Life Center

Existing open academic space within the Thornton Athletics Student Life Center will be transformed into small group tutoring and study space on the first and second floors.

Tom Black Track at LaPorte Stadium

Upgraded circulation, seating and amenity improvements will take place for an improved fan experience. Additionally, brand enhancements are slated for the venue.
