Gameday at Neyland Stadium is a lifestyle—a lifestyle that for the last 100 years has created memories, joy and excitement amongst all those whose passion combines to create the most spectacular experience in college football. As we look ahead to the next 100 years of Neyland Stadium and the fully immersive experience of gameday, planned renovations include two new videoboards on the north and south ends of the stadium, a lower-west premium club, enhanced chairback seating in multiple lower-west sections and a party deck social gathering space on the stadium’s upper north end. In the Lower South, the “historic loge” boxes are being removed to widen that concourse and installing chairbacks for an enhanced experience. We will also be adding more accessible seating to help serve all Vol fans. Changes on the east side, will take place in a small number of sections and rows in order to enhance the experience for our season ticket holders & the student body. In that, we are relocating some season ticket holders out of sections E&F.
North Videoboard and Deck
Based on feedback from members of Vol Nation, one key improvement to Neyland Stadium is the addition of a north-side videoboard. This will positively improve the gameday and fan experience for all of Neyland Stadium, delivering a particularly meaningful upgrade for fans seated in the south end zone. The north videoboard also offers a more immersive and expanded experience to Vol faithful who secure seats in the upper-north deck area.
West Sideline Seating and Club
The lower west sideline sections will feature a chair-back seating enhancement and a field-level club accessible within those sections to feature restrooms, a bar area and food action stations.
Stadium Upgrades will be completed for the 2022 Season. Your gameday experience & seating will not be impacted for the upcoming 2021 season. Check back for updates on Neyland Stadium improvements.
Please note, if you are a season-ticket holder with a current seating location in an area of the stadium impacted by these enhancements, a representative from the Tennessee Fund will be in contact to explore seating options for this area and others throughout the stadium.
